Rescheduling pickup is not possible. All the orders that have been marked as ‘Ready to Dispatch’ need to be available for handover to logistics during their next pickup slot (which can be seen under Pending Handover Tab).
If you have an upcoming holiday, please mark that in the ‘Manage Profile’ section at least 2-3 days before the holiday date.
