When you try to log into your Shopify store or the Shopify Help Center, you get an error that looks like this:
We will be back soon. “store.myshopify.com is currently unavailable”
The following are some of the possible causes:
- Acceptable Use Policy for selling a restricted product on Shopify.
- It’s possible that you’ve broken Shopify’s terms and conditions.
- It’s possible that your credit card has run out of validity.
What to Do in this situation?
Since you can’t sign in to your store or the Shopify Help Center, select the Continue without logging in option, which will allow you to contact support via live chat or email.
If you still can’t log in after clicking the above connection, select “Continue without logging in,” then “I don’t have a store” at the channel selection stage to contact the support team.
