Meesho not accepting claims for return products in Clothing category?

Meesho has recently changed the criteria for acceptance of claims in the case of clothing category products.

The following changes have been incorporated with immediate effect for damaged return claims related to apparel/clothing on Meesho.

Apparel/Clothing:

1. Meesho will accept damaged return claims for products only if they are torn or have major/extreme stains on them.
2. Meesho will not accept damaged return claims related to wrinkled products, used but not damaged, stinking but not damaged, minor stains on the edge, a few threads coming out, dirty clothes, etc.
