How to Become Big Basket Seller?
To become a Big Basket seller, you need to visit seller.bigbasket.com which is the Big Basket hub for sellers where you will fill in your email ID and phone number and click on “start selling”. Follow the online form and fill in the details to complete the registration process on Flipkart.

Documents Required
- GST Number: All businesses that sell goods in India are required to have a GST registration. Ensure you have a valid GST number before proceeding.
- PAN Card
- FSSAI: If you are dealing in food products, you must obtain an FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) license.
- Address Proof

- A Current account in a bank: You’ll need a valid business bank account to receive payments from Big Basket .
Note: Registration and listing that is free of charge. You only pay from your earnings when products are sold. If a seller sells fake products or breaches the contract or does anything that is unfair his account can be suspended and he cannot sell on Flipkart. In such cases, sellers can reapply after six months.

Step 3: Fill in the Vendor Registration Form
Once you are on the vendor registration page, you will find an online form that requires the following details:
- Business Name: Provide your company or brand name.

- Business Type: Select your business structure (e.g., Sole Proprietorship, Private Limited Company).
- Product Category: Specify the categories of products you wish to sell on Big Basket . These could include groceries, fresh produce, beverages, FMCG products, etc.
- GST and PAN Details: Enter your business’s GSTIN and PAN number.
- Bank Details: Provide your bank account number and other necessary financial information for payments.
