An order cancelled with Cancellation Type ‘Cancelled by Seller’ is automatically converted to ‘Cancelled by Marketplace’ if that order was impacted by Flipkart technical issue. For example: If an order stays stuck in “Processing” for a long time, gets SLA breached and cancelled thereafter – Flipkart automatically converts its Cancellation Type from ‘Cancelled by Seller’ to ‘Cancelled by Marketplace’. For any other reason, such conversion is not done.
