Under what circumstances an order is cancelled as seller cancellation?

There are 3 reasons why your order could have been cancelled as seller cancellation:

  1. Self Cancellation: If Cancellation Sub-Type is ‘Not Enough Inventory’ or ‘ Cannot Procure Item’, then that order has been cancelled by you (or your employee) from your orders dashboard – ‘Upcoming’ or ‘Pending Labels’ tabs.
  2. RTD Breach Cancellation: If Cancellation Sub-Type is ‘Order Over SLA’, then that order has been cancelled by Flipkart as it had not been marked as ‘Ready To Dispatch’ by you within the ‘Dispatch By’ date.
  3. Reattempt Breach Cancellation: If Cancellation Sub-Type is ‘Cancelled by Seller Support’, then that order has been cancelled by Flipkart as it had not been handed over to logistics even though it had been marked as ‘Ready To Dispatch’ by you.

Please visit Orders -> ‘Orders – Cancellations’ tab and search for your Order ID / Item ID.
If you find the order you searched for in this tab and the Cancellation Type is ‘Cancelled by Seller’, you can confirm that the order has been cancelled as seller cancellation.
