How to cancel a order on Flipkart?

You can cancel your order on Flipkart Seller Planel, under the “Pending Labels” tab in the following way:

• Select the order and click on the “More” option on the order card and click “Cancel Order”
• Click on View Details and then select “Cancel Order”.

Please choose a reason for cancelling the order from the dropdown and click “Confirm”.

Please Note: Cancelling your orders can severely impact your metrics and makes the listing out of stock.
