- Full refund if no response in 14 days or product is terminally rejected.

2. Cluster Reservation
- Cluster remains reserved until product approval and RO creation.
- Valid for 30 days or until product approval, whichever is earlier.
3. RO Creation
- After product approval, you have 5 days to create an RO.
- If not created within 5 days, the cluster reservation ends automatically, and you’ll need to reselect a cluster and rejoin the queue.
