The Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery program helps you provide fast-shipping options to eligible customers and communicates a clear delivery date, thereby improving the customer experience. This includes one-day delivery and two-day delivery.

Once you enrol in the Easy Ship Guaranteed Delivery programme (‘Programme’), the handling time for all of your Easy Ship orders under the Programme (‘Eligible Easy Ship Orders’) will be automatically updated to ‘0 Days’. If an item is not readily available for shipping, please submit the SKU restriction request prior to enrolling in the Programme. The SKUs opted out from the Programme will continue to be delivered as standard Easy Ship orders.
All eligible Easy Ship Orders received by 1:30 pm should be scheduled by 1:45 pm and be kept ready for pickup by 2:00 pm on the same day. If the Eligible Easy Ship Order is received on a holiday, the order should be scheduled for the next working day.
All one-day and two-day eligible Easy Ship orders not shipped by the estimated Ship Date will be auto-cancelled. This may impact your performance metrics and auto-cancellation fees will be charged.
Customers facing delivery charges for Eligible Easy Ship Orders will be automatically set for all offers enrolled under the Programme. You will not be able to modify these delivery charges. Customers will be charged ₹100 for one-day and ₹80 for two-day delivery, which you will receive as a shipping fee. All Easy Ship orders other than one-day and two-day delivery will have zero shipping charges.
Note: If you register for Easy Ship Prime, Prime customers will not be charged for one-day and two-day delivery orders.
Amazon will charge you ₹65 for one-day and two-day delivery orders placed by customers. There will be no additional delivery service fee charged by Amazon to you for orders other than one-day and two-day delivery.
Note: If you register for Easy Ship Prime, Amazon will not charge you any delivery service fee for one-day and two-day delivery orders placed by Prime customers.
You must maintain the performance metrics specified in the Guaranteed Delivery Programme eligibility for Eligible Easy Ship Orders under the Programme and standard orders.
