Why PayPal puts my money on hold?
Reply From PayPal Team:
I can see that few of the payment that you received are in-hold for 21 days and will get released automatically after 21 days.
However, if you would like to get the hold released sooner and as you provide physical product, you need to update the tracking information first.
How to send tracking information on PayPal to get the holds released soon?
Reply From PayPal Team:
Once you update the tracking information and if it is shipped by our courier partners (Our Courier partners are EKart, India Post Domestic, India Post International, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Professional Couriers, Red Express, Xpress Bees, Spreadel, Dotzot, UPS, or FedEx), once the tracking shows as delivered to the correct address provided by the buyer, the hold will get released within one day after the confirmed delivery or you may contact us after one day of the confirmed delivery, and we will release the hold manually from our end.
What if I am using a different Shipping company, others than mentioned in your list?
Reply From PayPal Team:
If in case you are using different shipping company other that those mentioned above, once you update the tracking information, you need to request the buyer to confirm the order receipt from their PayPal account.
The buyer will get the option to confirm the order receipt after 48 hours from the time they made the payment.
How can the buyers confirm order receipt?
Reply From PayPal Team:
Post 48 hours, you may request the buyer to confirm the receipt by following the below-mentioned steps, provided the buyer made the payment by logging into PayPal account:
1. Log in to PayPal account.
2. Click Activity.
3. Find and click the original payment for the item.
4. Click Confirm Receipt.
5. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.
You can provide the above-mentioned steps to the buyer and ask him to confirm the order by logging in to his PayPal account through laptop or desktop and not through any mobile browser or app.
Once the buyer confirms the receipt by following those steps, the hold will get released automatically within 24 hours.
What happens if the customer does not respond to my message and do not confirm the order receipt?

Not to worry, even if you don’t follow these steps, still the funds will get released automatically after 21 days from the date you received the payment.
How much time does PayPal take to get the balance transferred to my bank account after the PayPal money on hold get released?
Reply From PayPal Team:
The PayPal money on hold will now shows in PayPal balance, and the balance in the account will get auto withdrawn to the bank account within 24 hours and the same will get credited to your bank account in next five working days, once the status of the withdrawal shows as completed.
If the status shows pending, then the estimated time frame for the funds to get credited to the bank account is max seven working days as pending status means we are reviewing the transaction and the review process will take 24-72 hours.
