Some of the orders that you have handed over to the logistics team might be still en route to the pickup hub or may be in the queue/process of being hub in-scanned. These orders will remain in the “Pending Handover” status till they are hub in-scanned.
Order status gets changed within 24hrs from pickup completed time. You can contact seller support if the order status has not changed post 24hrs has been breached.
