Please follow the below guidelines for all the returns that are returned through respective Courier:
Shadowfax Courier Glowrod Return Claim Process
Please do not accept the return orders if the return parcel is NOT IN Shadowfax tape or Shadow flyer

- Accept shipments only if either of the Shadowfax flyer or shadow fax tape is present
- If you receive any package which is not in Shadowfax flyer or Shadowfax tape or its tampered kindly reject it, do not accept and raise a ticket with the supplier support team.
If you reject a parcel which is not in Shadowfax flyer or Shadowfax tape, then it will get reattempted with correct packaging- you can accept the package then.
How to appeal for Glowroad Return Claims
Share the proper unpacking videos capturing all sides of the shipment, and bar-codes should be clearly visible (360 degree video). Also, the mode of the video should be slow.
[Bar code includes both the Label & SFX barcode, Images shared for both ]
If any of the barcodes are not over the SFX return package kindly reject the shipment. Please refer to the link below for the sample video.
Note: If the above guidelines are not met, any claims for wrong product received or product missing in return will not be entertained.

Delhivery Courier Glowrod Return Claim Process
Please do not accept the return orders if the return parcel is NOT IN Delhivery Flyer & raise the issue with the supplier support team.
Accept shipments only if the shipment is in Delhivery flyers.

If you receive any package which is not in Delhivery flyer or its tampered kindly reject, do not accept
