Jiomart Seller Fees Structure

Before straight away registering on JioMart as a supplier it’s very crucial to understand JioMart’s seller fees structure. In this article, we will cover each type of fee that is charged to JioMart sellers per order.

Types of JioMart Seller Fees

JioMart fees are applicable for orders received on JioMart. Fee structure is as follows –

  1. Commission Fee
  2. Fixed Fee
  3. Collection Fee
  4. Shipping fee which is on actuals (please refer the table below).

 

Important Note:

  • JioMart offers only Drop Ship (Seller FC to Customer) model at present, i.e., JioMart logistics partner will pick up the product from your FC listed with us and deliver directly to the customer.
  • JioMart doesn’t charge any additional fees like product listing fees, set-up fees or subscription fees.

 

1. Commission Fee

Commission Fee is linked to sales and varies as per the product category. Please refer to the below table for Commission Fee.

 

Commission fee is calculated as a percentage of transaction value paid by the customer on JioMart platform. (Transaction value equals to the product price plus gift-wrapping charges plus any other charge levied by the seller to the customer. Any applicable taxes are charged over and above.).

 

2. Fixed Fee

Fixed fee is charged at item level and is sale linked. At present JioMart charges of transaction value paid by the customer as Fixed fee. (Transaction value equals to the product price plus gift-wrapping charges plus any other charge levied by the seller to the customer. Any applicable taxes are charged over and above.).

3. Collection Fee

Collection fee is charged at item level and is sale linked

At present JioMart charges 0.0% of transaction value paid by the buyer as Collection fee. (Transaction value equals to the product price plus gift-wrapping charges plus any other charge levied by the seller to the customer. Any applicable taxes are charged over and above.).

 

4. Shipping Fee

Shipping fees is charged by JioMart logistics partner for forward and reverse logistics. Please see the table below for shipping rates

 

Shipping Fee will be computed on volumetric or actual weight, whichever is higher, of the final packed shipment. Volumetric weight will be calculated as (Length x Breadth x Height)/5000 where LBH are in cm.

Please Note:

  1. All the prices are in INR
  2. Minimum chargeable weight is 500 gms
  3. The prices listed above are excluding GST. A GST of 18% will be applied on the prices listed above
  4. Shipping Fee will be computed on volumetric or actual weight, whichever is higher, of the final packed shipment, wherein, volumetric weight will be calculated as (Length x Breadth x Height)/5000 where LBH are in cm per the existing logic.

JioMart Payment Cycle

Payment will be made from JioMart to the Seller 9 days post customer delivery date for successful orders (no returns or cancellations).
